Shipping Information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gray Pine Farms. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND PROCESSING POLICY

All orders are processed in the order they are received and will be processed within 10-20 business days of payment having been received. Shipping will be within 10-20 days of the completion of processing. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and/or inclement weather, shipping may be delayed by a few days, to insure the protection of your order. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges will be calculated and processed once the shipping address has been confirmed. An additional email with shipping charges  and a payment option will be sent once an order is placed.

· We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO due to the size of our product.

· Orders over $500.00 will ship for free within a 250-mile radius of Chester, NY.

· Orders over $5,000.00 will ship for free within a 500-mile radius of Chester, NY.

· Orders over $20,000.00 will ship for free anywhere within the contiguous United  States.

·  All other orders will be calculated at a rate of $2.00 a mile from Chester, NY

LTL Freight

If LTL freight services are required or requested, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if your shipping method provides one. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Expedited orders

We offer an expedited option if your project is under a time sensitive requirement. Expedited orders will be processed and delivered within 20 business days and would be billed an additional 25% fee for such service and all delivery fees and conditions remain the same.

Damages

Gray Pine Farms is not liable for any product damage or loss during LTL shipping.

If you receive your order damaged due to LTL shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Returns

Returns on custom and special orders will be refunded with a 50% restocking fee and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Policy

Great Pine Farms is willing and able to ship Internationally however you must contact us prior to placing an order to establish shipping costs, fees, customs, etc.

Online International orders will be automatically cancelled if no pre arrangements have been made.
